Week 3 - Yoga

Week 3's focus in on yoga. Upon completion, you should understand and be able to demonstrate the different types of yoga and the benefits yoga practice have on the mind. You will apply the concepts of yoga and prepare a 15-minute yoga class.

The 3-week course provides a holistic approach to wellness through ayurvedic practices that promote mindfulness. Diet, movement, and mindfulness practices such as meditation and pranayama have an incredible impact on overall health and together create a holistical approach to wellbeing.
