Week 2 - Meditation & Pranayama

During week 2, you will engage in meditation and pranayama teachings and understand the benefits the modalities have on the body. The concepts and methods learned will be used to prepare a 5-minute guided meditation. Upon completion, you will understand the connection between meditation, pranayama, and mindfulness. 

Reputable research is critical in the field of health and wellness. New information and new studies provide additional knowledge of CIM modalities and their effectiveness. Week 2 includes reputable research from peer reviewed articles supporting the effectiveness of pranayama and meditation. Staying up to date on the current trends and research will support wellbeing.
