Week 1 - Ayurvedic Diet
Week 1's focus is on diet and nutrition through the ayurvedic diet. Upon completion, student's will be able to demonstrate familiarity with ayurveda, where mind, body and spirit connect as one. Student's will learn the 3 doshas, learn their body type through exercises, and understand how to find balance within the body through ayurvedic principles.
Student's will learn and understand Ayurveda as in Indian culture, where Ayurveda started thousands of years ago. Multicultural literacy is essential to embracing Ayurveda practices and appreciating the value they bring for holistic health.
