3-week Course
This 3-week Health and Wellness Course with a concentration in Mindfulness focuses on yoga, meditation & pranayama, and ayurvedic principles. The course prepares students with the understanding and knowledge to practice and teach mindfulness techniques. Students will participate in several exercises in addition to creating a 15-minute yoga session and a 5-minute mediation. Week 3 will focus on the interconnectedness of yoga, meditation & pranayama, and ayurvedic principles on mind, body, and spirit.
